We get very limited water from our tap. I hear our “smart” neighbors attach motors to their pipeline and “suck” water. One of them said, “Why don’t you also quietly attach a motor? After all we all do it!” My God! That is an antisocial activity! Well, we try to manage with whatever little water we get. Water flows freely in our neighbors' homes.
